NEWSLETTER:
Tis the Season
Well the Holidays are upon us and it is time for family, food, festivities and fun. Along with the change in the seasonal weather pattern brings a change in the habits and activities of household pests.
As temperatures drop insects and rodents begin to look for warmer more comfortable areas to nest and winter. These warmer places usually include your home or work environment. It does not take much of an opening to allow entry for many pests. Bad weather striping on doors and windows allows access for various insects including roaches, spiders, ants, bees and wasps. Other areas include plumbing penetrations, electrical penetrations, breeze ways, roof transitions, bad siding, eaves and overhangs and soffit panels on the exterior of your home. Rodents only need an opening the size of a quarter to manage their way into your attic and crawl spaces. Once in your attic Rodents will create havoc by tearing up insulation, tearing holes in your AC vents, chewing on electrical systems and building nests in your walls. It is neccessary to exclude and trap these rodents to prevent damage and to also prevent them from dying in your wall voids and attic thus creating that horrible odor for weeks on end! Give Bowen a call to conduct a thorough inspection of both the interior and exterior of your home. Bowen will provide you with a full report highlighting any and all areas that may be conducive to any and all pests. Happy Holidays and God Bless. We look forward to earning your business.
